I have not put up my thoughts in a proper way

so my massege is not being taken properly.

Again I am trying to put up my feelings

the best way I can.

Every networker do searches whenever required,

with different search engine such as yahoo,google etc.

but no one earn anything at all.

Now let us assume we form a co-operative system under the head

of OSI ADMIN and every member join' mysearchfund "

under admin,perform average 5-10 search daily

there will be enough fund which can be utilised

for the advertisement of OSI or introducing $1 or $5

matrix system as suggested by honourable members.

We may come some other best way to utilize it.

This is entirely my own opinion but I like to

invite the my friend just spare some time

to assess the positive side of this site.

I am confident with this single program

and with a down line of 5 members everyone will earn

more than NPN subscription for each month.

I need not to say how much time and efforts

are required to earn $10 a month from GPTR

programs.

I have tried my best to convey my though

in my own way which may not be so good

as english is my second language.

Hi raman,

I think I understand what you are trying to say. The program
raman is referring to is a free program that takes the place of your
default search engine, i.e. Google, Yahoo!, etc.. The difference is.
is you get paid every time you "legitimately" search for anything
on the Internet. You are also paid on your referral's searches
down a level or two (I can't remember exactly.)

I am using this search box and have it listed on the Instruction
and Marketing Strategy website in the free programs. I think what
raman is trying to say, is to have every new member sign up for
this program and use the search program to earn enough money
to join NPN.

I'm not sure how we would create a separate matrix, but I do think it
could work without changing our current matrix... just have every new
member automatically join and send their link to their referrals.

It's not a bad idea for two reasons. First, it helps members earn some
"seed" money before they join NPN. And secondly, it's an additional
stream of "FREE" income for the entire membership. Why search with
Google et al, when you could get paid to search with this search engine?

How can you turn down a free stream of income for doing something you
already do for free?

While this search engine thing is great and all we have gotten off the topic. I think that the upgraded membership is a great idea and then we should do the $5 per upgraded membership. That way we could still offer it as a free program and give people the choice of upgrading or not so they can have the money to get a npn membership.

if that were to be so, there would need to be something of great benefit in the upgraded part.

And actually, upon thinking on this, I'm not sure that charging for OSI will do all that much good. I had a bunch of NPN members quit after their first month. The fact that NPN is a paid program didn't make them want to stay any more. I say keep OSI free. We just need to work on educating our referrals, that is the best way to turn them into serious internet marketers. And eventually the good referrals will come.

I saw a post saying that we must evolve.... This is true but I think the best way is not neccessarily to change, what I think, is the foundation of OSI. I might be really wrong on this but what's most important is just to create a "warm market" which OSI already has but I mean it is neccessary for sponsors to actively do this with their own referrals. Just help your own downline become successful, because you only become successful (finacially) if your referrals become successful. You can't "sell" this kind of program because it doesn't work if the program is "sold" to an individual, who buys it on a whim. You must attract members on the long term benefits and on how they can succeed if they are focussed. Many of you will already know all this, but I don't think it's really worth charging for OSI. Also I have seen my individuals online who say that if a program asks you to pay upfront, that it is a scam. I realy don't want any to think that OSI is anything other than a place to learn how to become a successful internet marketer.

Its true that I may come across some other evidence that suggests that making OSI a paid prgram would be beneficial. But as I see it now, it just seems like the easy road, but not neccessarily the right road to take.

It appears that more or less every members of OSI are in favour

of maintaining the the original principle i.e. no cost to join.

This is having one flaw that most of the members join and remain

inactive as stated by some of the members.

As seen many members become inactive( with paid programs) even after getting entry

after paying their first payment mainly they do not find to amass wealth so soon.

We must accept this fact we like it or not.

Now introducing some $1 or $2 entry fee will have its own drawback

as there are several site crawling for success since last 5 to 7 years.

Gentlemen OSI is not only a good site but only one program which is

inspiring faith and honesty in cyber world.

My suggestion

1.Let us maintain osi present structure.

2.let us Introduce two condition to new prospects.

a) Within thirty days or earlier new member must earn $2 (which is a achieveable

task).Signup for $2 program( already there are this type of site

wherein 5-10 dollar will be easily earned and have reentry to some $5

program, which will enable them to join NPN early.

In case any one like to join immediately with his own money

he wil be more gainer.

b)He must recruit 5 members in his down line.

Admin or some expert in this field may introduce similar system

Wherein present feature of osi as a free site remain intact

side by side members has to recruit, earn and get entry in low cost matrix

program with their own money or earned as they like.

I feel certainly it will accelerate this business and problem of

There are several low cost honest site which are known to many

members which we may study either to follow them or to introduce

similar system with osi.

I know this will involve software development cost which we may share.

Yes we are trying to get rid of the tire kickers but a fee will not take care of all them even if its low. I think we should do it as an upgrade, so people can chose. If we start doing a fee than what will set us different from everyone else? I have to be able to stand out. Being free stands out!

Although I am a new to OSI I just want to let you know the reason I have spent the last week or so going thru the system is because it was free. I have looked at dozens and dozens of other programs and have even invested into several of them, only to find out it was just another scam. The fact that I can begin this program at no expense and actualy have access to the tools to do so is the reason I am joining. Had OSI asked me to pay first, I doubt that I would have given it a second look.

The fact that OSI is free is what attracts most folks to it. The fact that they have to pay to start earning money is what leads many to leave.

People looking for 'free' ways to earn money don't have the same mindset as those who are willing to spend money in order to earn more back. That might sound harsh but it's true. And I speak from experience, having been one of those people when I first joined OSI.

I now don't earn anything from OSI because I took the decision to leave NPN. In fact, I'm not with any MLM, so my money has to come from other sources. Which means I have to invest in 'me', not in some business. And that is what everyone should consider when they are talking about having to pay for something.

If OSI becomes something we have to pay for, then I would gladly pay for it.

Why?

Because it was the first system that taught me the importance of focus.
Because Ray was the first 'guru' (lol) who answered my e-mails and helped me realise that we are all real people, regardless of whether we are a success or not.
Because OSI offers the very real opportunity of building relationships with people. And those relationships are what count if you want to build a huge downline in any programme.

Because of a hundred other reasons I don't have room to list.

I personally would much prefer OSI to become a standalone business in its own right. But that's just me.

Right now, I really don't see much point in adding further businesses into the system when some folks are still struggling to get their downline into NPN.
